– assist with getting you last minute bookings
– apply insurance coverage to any bookings that you desire
– allow portal access to review booking calendar, financials and performance

We have been actively overseeing bookings (along with property management) here in southern Vermont and the Adirondacks for over 4 years. We are well versed in getting bookings on ALL marketplaces including AIrbnb, VRBO, Booking.com and other popular platforms.

Including your property is as easy as advising us of your current online listing(s) and we can just take it from there. We copy the information from your online listing(s) – be it Airbnb, VRBO or any other iand update our site. You can also easily list your property yourself onto our site- at no cost. If we do the work on your behalf then there is a one time $35 listing fee.
