In 2017 we observed that many local residents were heading south for the winter and leaving their homes empty – yet flush with the ongoing costs of utilities, general maintenance and oversight.
Not surprisingly many of these same homeowners were looking for ways to generate additional income.
Recognizing their needs- and aware of new and viable alternatives – we began to approach owners on preparing and managing their properties to generate generous vacation rental income.
Our overtures to help owners on this front were quickly embraced.
In this very short time period, we have expanded our customer base from southern Vermont to the Adirondacks and to satellite territories of Aruba, Florida and California.
